Exchange & Refund Policy

• Customers are allowed to exchange or refund items within 3 days from the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

• Customers are allowed to open and inspect the package while the courier is waiting to ensure the order is correct.

• If the customer refuses the order after inspection, the shipment will be returned and delivery fees may apply.
